It is healthy and brave to seek help. 
 

People enter therapy for a variety of reasons: to acknowledge and work through traumas and stressors, to enhance their relationships, to seek support as they make big life decisions, to gain a healthier perspective on a challenging issue, to enhance their total mind-body-spirit well-being, etc.

We will begin our journey with an in-depth personal history/intake, then work together to establish goals and make decisions about the frequency of our sessions. Specific treatment modalities will be chosen to address your unique needs and circumstances. This is a highly collaborative and individualized process. We start where you are and go from there.    

I am licensed in the states of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts and currently provide virtual, telehealth services.
